Layout with FabScraps Journey in time collection

Birthday Balloons

Hello friends,
  Its my turm over at "Die cuts and more " blog today to share some inspiration..I have made a birthday card with newest "BALLOONS" stencils.The size of the balloons are quiet big enough to create beautiful backgrounds,and it also comes with masks.How cool is that?,you can create so many different effects with this stencil .

To create the background i used Mustard seed,carved pumpkin,picked raspberry distress inks,started of with light color and then  overlapped it with darker colors.This is also a two step stencil ,the second layer comes the balloon strings and highlights.I just used a black marker to draw the details with the second stencils.

I stamped the bears and elephant with archival jet black using stampoholic nano.Colored the images using zig markers.

Die cuts and more October blog hop

Hello Friends,

 Welcome to first official blog hop of "Die cuts and more".We are show casing the newest stencils from the October release.

My first card is made with the newest two-step stencils-Peacock feather.Okay,now you must have never seen me using stencils to create a soft inked  background,have you?lol.Thats the interesting part of being in design teams,coming out of your comfort zone and make something to highlight the product.You can really create some interesting and colorful backgrounds with the two-step stencils,the possibilities are endless.I have used stencils to create a soft background with Iced spruce and wilted violet distress inks.

I colored the flowers with zig marker,fussy cut them and arranged them on my card.The beautiful clear droplets add delicate touch to the card.The sentiment "Best wishes" die  is from DCAM brand.

I have also created another card with the newest Diwali dies from "Die cuts and more".To create the background.i sponged some Peacock feathers and pick raspberry distress inks roughly on the card panel,sprayed some water to activate it and heat set it,i just loved the texture it creates .

All pink-Mixed media layout

Hello friends,
 today i am sharing my first Design team post for "CraftAdda".I have used the beautiful "Felicity" collection papers for my layout.So i went all pink after a long time,,i just loved the distressed,shabby look of the paper,they went very well with the flow of my layout.Hop on over to "CraftAdda" blog for more details about the layout.

I have used shades of pink on my layout.The word "CHANGE" reminds me of new possibility,new adventure.We often resist change fearing what may come,but if we embrace it,its a beautiful thing which we can enjoy,so i added these words to my layout.

Altenew vintage roses

Hello friends,

 today i am sharing a  card i made for "Altenew ultimate challenge blog hop"

I  desperately wanted to make something for this blog hop but really couldn't find time.Today i found that i had some stamped vintage flowers in my stash and quickly made a card

I am happy that i found it,though i stamp a lot of these flowers n keep this is my first actual card made with this stamp set,love these roses to the core.

Altenew stamps are my absolute favorite floral stamps by far and i wish i have more time to play with them
