10 THINGS I LOVE ABOUT YOU-POCKET MINI ALBUM

Hello people!!!
finally i am here with some different project other than my card.I guess you should all be bored by seeing only cards(add lots of cards:)) here, i used to have a lot of varities in my blog before..hmm but with the design team commitments i have to post mainly cards,so bare with me,but will try to post other projects also soon:).
This is a pocket mini album with tag inserts where you can write..the 10 things you love about someone*winks*.I have made this in shabby chic style with lots of beautiful bits n pieces.I have used lots of my treasured things that i never dared to used,haha..but now i want to finish them all so that i can buy new stuffs,lolz.The beautiful papers are from prima,webster pages,my minds eye n pink paisley and lots of chipboards,buttons,laces,prima n mulberry flowers,laces,wooden letters-which defines the shabby chic style have been used.Hope you like it,would like to know the feedback:))

SPOTS N DOTS AT LOVE TO CREATE

Hiya all!!
Its time for brand new challenge at Love to create and the theme for this week is "Spots n dots".Easy peasy right?I have used one of our sponsors Meljen's image on my card.Isn't it too cute,its called lovely pup.Can you believe that i made a card without single embellishment?hehe,i dint feel like adding one,i think the papers(from bo bunny) n the image does it all.

TRENDY HEXAGONS

Hiya all,
today i am here to share my card which i had lot of fun making it.Hexagons are the hot trends now in the paper crafting world and i was dying to get the MFT hexagon dies since they where released.Finally i got hold of it,and here is my card..tada........i love love how it turned out.To be exact,though i love trying different styles my go-to-go style is these kind of cards..stylish,cool colors and using all trendy and fun little things:).I would say its a quick card except the hexagon part,i took me a while to figure out how to arrange them and the mix of colors.I have cut the base in white and the layers with all my scraps,now i am going to cut all my scraps with hexagon dies:).I am beaming now with lots of ideas to use this die,definitely one of the rare die i am going to use often,so you can expect more cards from me using hexagons.
My minds eye wood grain paper,hexagon dies,seam binding,washi tapes and banners-all the best hot trends now got into this card:).

GUEST DESIGNING AT BEYOND GREY CHALLENGES AND LOVE TO CREATE DT

Hello all!!

as a winner of last challenge in Beyond grey challenges i have been invited as the guest designer for this week.The theme is :

Hehe,a good challenge for me right?as you all know how much i love using cute images and coloring in my card:). But nevertheless,it was not that tough for me though,with all those beautiful dies that's available now.I actually had great fun making this card,the lace effect in the background is done with my new martha stewart daisy lace punch,i absolutely love it(same goes with all my MS punches,hehe)and yes,i have done some punch craft flower after ages.Since i started using mulberry flower i have become too lazy to make handmade flowers and all my punches are sitting in a corner and accumulating dust.Hope you like the card,hop on over to Beyond grey challenges for more details and to play along.Actually you can win some stamps for this NO-stamping challenge,haha.

Here is my card for Love to create challenge.This week our theme is "Use 3 of something",it can 3 papers,3 embellishment or 3 of anything.Our lovely sponsor for this week is Tiddly inks,you can win a 10$ gift certificate from them,how sweet,i just love their image n wish i can play along;).
I have used 3 papers n 3 buttons on my card.This is quiet a big card,i have used a full a4 size card stock folded into half,the yummy papers are from basic grey and the lovely cute image is from tiddly inks called fairy friend,isn't she a cutie pie?hop on to the Love to create blog to play along.(sorry for the poor pics,i took this around 11 in the night,will try to update the pics tom)

PRINCESS OF THE VALLEY

Hello!!
finally i made a card apart from my assignments,i have lots of un inked stamps, hope to use them soon:).
This is my fav tilda from prince and princess collection called princess of the valley.I have tried some deep colors for the coloring as well as the card and love how it turned out.Lots of layers and faux stitching have been used,i have kept the embellishments minimal as i don't want to hide the yummy papers and layers.Its been busy days here,i have lots of cards to share in the coming week so keep coming back:)happy weekend!!

CHARISMA CHALLENGES:RECYCLE

Hi peeps!!
its time for a new challenge at charisma cardz challenge,and this time we want to see some recycled item on your project..so lets go green.I have made the flower with old book paper cut with PTI dies,sponged the edges and a attached the layers with a brad,easy peasy..but so effective.This cutie pie is from C.C.designs and the yummy papers are basic grey.Hope you join us this week and cant wait to see with what recycled item you all come up with.Hop on to charisma blog to see more gorgeous inspirations.

"FOR THE LOVE OF CRAFTING"CHALLENGE#8

Hello!!Hello!!
How have you all been?.We have a brand new challenge at"For the love of crafting",first of all i would like to thank each n every one who have participated..we have got 94 yummy entries and we have also reached the 100 followers mark,thank you all for the continued support for what ever i do,i know i am not doing things like i do before,its because of lot of commitments i couldn't spare much time for my blog,but i promise you all to be back in action very soon with lot of interesting stuffs:).I have also reached 350 followers mark in my blog and completed 3 years of blogging in june:))wow what a journey it has been,i have gained lots of things and i am truly thankful for online community which is so giving n caring:)Though i learned arts before i entered blog land..i have shaped up as an artist and created my own style only after started blogging.Ofcourse it gave name,fame,good friends,courage to experiment on my own,and everything i wanted and i am happy that i have my own little space in this big online crafting community ..i wish i can continue blogging for many more years.All smiles and its time for celebration also:))still i am tied up with lots of works..so will have that sometime soon:)

This month's challenge is set by our vintage queen mallika,and ofcourse you should have guessed what the theme would be if you know her work:))Here it is:

As i told i am so held up and could work only on my DT projects that too in the last minute.I created this tag today morning at 9 am!!!..sigh..i have to learn some time management now as my commitments are growing.Just grabbed few things from my stash n put together on a tag,but love how it turned out,its nice to work sometime without planning,the end result is surprising:)This looks much better in real,but i couldn't capture the real colors in the photo,either it looks to dark or too light.Now head on over to the challenge blog to see other gorgeous creations from the DT members,they have rocked this challenge.







Here is my DT card for Love to create challenge( i am late),this week its photo inspiration challenge and i have chosen all the bright colors in the picture for my card.The sponsor for this week is sassy studio designs and i have used crissy 's prom sassy for my for my card.I would say i am more comfortable working with cute images rather than grown up ones*wink*i find this difficult:)Hope you will join us along this week..
